    The package contains a video, an MP3 file, course notes, a notebook, and an action plan for each session. Additionally, there are downloadable resources of other essential materials and tools available throughout the challenge.

  • How long do I have access to all the material?

    If you have paid for the material as an individual user, it is yours to keep. Everything is downloadable except the videos.

  • Is there any further support available?

  • Can you explain the pricing options?

    First of all, all prices at the checkout include VAT. There is a one off price of £247 + VAT or 3 Monthly Payments of £95 + VAT. To put these into context, this is around the price of a large coffee a week!

  • I'm on the challenge as part of a corporate group. Do I still get everything

    You have access to and can download all materials except for the videos, although access may be time-limited, typically for 12 months.

  • I don't seem to be able to download the videos.

    That's right - you can't! Everything else, including the .mp3's, is downloadable.
